Orders and bookings.

Orders can be placed online, by email, for by phone.

​

Wedding and event bookings require a consultation before confirmation.

​

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us.

​

Payments.

​

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

​

wedding flower /event bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

​

Balance is due in full no later than 30 days before the wedding.

​

Non-wedding flowers (gift bouquets, occasions)  must be paid for in full, at the time of ordering. 

​

Cancellations & refunds.

​

Wedding bookings: deposits are non-refundable, unless the booking is cancelled by Bex due to unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel within 4 weeks of your wedding, the full balance may still be payable, due to preparation, flower ordering and turning away other bookings.

​

Occasions and funeral flowers: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before delivery/collection. refunds cannot be guaranteed if flowers have already been ordered or prepared. 

​​

We cannot offer refunds for bespoke, personalised, or custom arrangements once they have been started. 

​

Substitutions  & seasonal variations.

​

Flowers are a natural, seasonal product and may vary in colour, size and availability.

​

If a specific flower type is unavailable; we reserve the right to substitute with a similar flower of equal or greater value, while maintaining the style and quality of the design.

​

Delivery and collection.

​

Local delivery (within 10 miles) is free for weddings/gift bouquets of £35 and over. Delivery to a venue/address more than 10 miles, will incur a small charge per mile. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of order. 

​

Delivery times are approximate; we cannot guarantee exact timings - especially during peak times ( Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc).

​

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If you are not available to receive the delivery, please provide an appropriate "safe place".  Blooms by Bex  is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.

Event & Wedding set-up.

​

For weddings and events; set-up times will be arranged with you in advance; please provide accurate details of an appropriately nominated person for Bex to report to at the venue on the day. The nominated person will also be required to confirm the standard of  work provided by Bex to be acceptable.

​Clients must ensure venue access is available at the agreed time.

​

We accept no liability for delays caused by restricted access or venue issues beyond our control.

​

​Liability.

​

Flowers are perishable and require proper care. We provide appropriate care guidance, but cannot be held responsible for damage once flowers have been delivered, or set up.

​​

We are not liable for issues arising from circumstances beyond our control; including extreme weather, supplier shortages, or transport delays.

​

Intellectual Property.

​

All content on this website (text, images, branding) is the property of Blooms by Bex and must not be copied, or reproduced without permission.

Privacy Policy.

We may collect the following types of personal data:

*Name, email address , phone number, postal address.

*Wedding or event details (eg, date, venue, flower preferences).

*Payment details (processed securely via our payment provider).

*Any other information you provide when contacting us, or filling out forms.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Process and deliver your flower orders and bookings.
