Refund Policy
At Blooms by Bex, we take great care to ensure that every floral arrangement is designed to the highest standard. Because flowers are a perishable and bespoke product, our refund and return policies differ from non-perishable goods. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.⸻
1. Wedding & Event Bookings
•A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding or event date.
•Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the date.
•Cancellations made before the final payment deadline will not receive a refund of the deposit.
•Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event may still be subject to the full balance, as flowers, labour, and materials will already have been ordered or prepared.⸻
2. Occasion Flowers (Birthdays, Anniversaries, General Orders)
•As all bouquets and arrangements are made to order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery/collection.
•Refunds cannot be guaranteed if flowers have already been ordered, prepared, or delivered
.•Once flowers have been delivered or collected, we cannot accept returns due to their perishable nature.⸻
3. Funeral Flowers
•Funeral flower orders may be cancelled up to 8 days before the service date.
•If cancellation is made after this time, refunds may not be possible due to preparation and supply commitments.
•We handle funeral flower orders with the utmost sensitivity and will work with families where possible.⸻
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
•If you believe your flowers are damaged or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the arrangement
.•We will review each case and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
•Please note that flowers are a natural product and slight variations in colour, size, and availability are normal.⸻
