My story

Hi, I'm Bex and I'm so happy you've found your way here.

Flowers have always been my "happy place", but I fell into floristry after attending a workshop held by another florist; and immediately knew I wanted to work with flowers. I went on to attend flower school in Cardiff, and the rest is history!

I started off making small ready to go bunches to sell at the side of the road; but it wasn't long before things escalated, and it soon became apparent that I needed a larger workspace than the kitchen table! My husband built me a studio, and that's when things really kicked off - bespoke gift bouquets, funeral flowers and of course, weddings - which are my real passion!

Designing flowers for a couple's big day is so much more than just arranging blooms - it's creating an atmosphere, setting the tone and weaving a love story into every detail. And because I believe flowers are for everyone, not just bride's and groom's; I started running floral workshops too - being able to share my knowledge with people who also love flowers is one of the most rewarding things I do.

Today; Blooms by Bex is about so much more than flower's - its about creating those once-in-a-lifetime moments; whether thats a wedding day, filled with romance, or a workshop where someone discovers their own creative spark.

Flowers were where I started; but love stories are where I belong.
