We currently offer local flower delivery within Pembrokeshire and selected surrounding areas.•If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.⸻

2. Delivery Charges•

Delivery fees vary depending on the distance from our studio.

•The exact delivery cost will be confirmed at checkout or when booking your order.

•For weddings and large events, delivery and set-up charges are agreed during consultation.⸻

 

3. Same-Day & Next-Day Orders

•Same-day delivery is subject to flower availability and location.

•For next-day delivery, please place your order by 12pm the day before.⸻

 

4. Recipient Information

•Please ensure recipient details (name, address, postcode, and phone number) are accurate.

•We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

•If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour. A delivery note will be left where possible.⸻

 

5 Collection

•Free collection from our studio is available by prior arrangement.

•Collection times must be agreed in advance to ensure your flowers are ready.⸻

 

6 Wedding & Event Deliveries

•Wedding and event deliveries include set-up at your venue, unless otherwise agreed.

•Set-up times will be arranged directly with your venue to ensure smooth coordination on the day.⸻

 

7. Delays & Force Majeure•

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

•We will always contact you as soon as possible if a delay is likely.
